Chouchou (pronounced shoeshoe);  a term of endearment in French loosely meaning "my favourite"

Opening February 2025 inside the newly refurbished Circa Theatre, Chouchou is set to bring a touch of the Parisian lifestyle to Wellington’s waterfront. Chouchou will be an "all day" celebration of hospitality and community all contained within the fun and chaotic energy of a working theatre.

Start your day with coffee and pastries, linger over a lazy lunch, afternoon drinks in the sun, boujee weekend brunches, or classic dinner dishes in an atmosphere that embraces creativity and theatrical flair.
